 This is the broker fusion podcast..  Sarah Montana is a investor, real estate broker, and a coach and mentor to agents. Sarah has teamed up with Ryan Kaye, a tech entrepreneur who specializes in marketing and hiring, and scaling organizations. And together they are going to explore the evolution of the real estate market and business models today.


Specifically as we deal with what is the defining moment and chaotic event of COVID. They explore the repercussions that ripple throughout the entire economy, labor markets, etc, Unpack how navigate this flow and drive your own success.


Right now we are in economic disruption, there is a disruption in the real estate world and in the employment industry.  The way that people buy things is different, the way people are traveling, the way they are living, in general, has been changed and disrupted. 


They will be looking from both the agent perspective and the broker perspective..  They will share some frameworks, how-to guides and dig into some real stories and examples and share great advice on how to deal with all of this in this evolving market.

1. That chaos brings opportunity inside of any disruptive event. There's massive opportunity inside of that chaos.


2. The difference between claiming value versus creating value.  Te idea of living within the box and just taking your share of what's there versus actually creating new boxes all over the place that you can live in by building products that you want to sell.


3. The balance between outside and inside perspective and knowledge.  The idea of finding the solution to problems by mixing inside industries knowledge, like how the real estateworld works and the back and forth of supply and demand, with outside knowledge, whether it has to do with hiring or software marketing or technology.
